Tukipo Terraces is the unique riverstone and timber home of Bay & Shona de Lautour built in 1986 on terraces above the Tukipo trout stream. It combines the ambience of an elegant, spacious country home with its homestay facilities designed specifically for the enjoyment and privacy of guests. It has two suites one with queen & single bed and the other with double bed and single in adjoining room. The suites are independent of each other and both open onto a beautiful, expansive garden with broad views across farmland to the Ruahine Mountains. There are three golf courses, bush walks and river swimming nearby. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks and a delicious three course dinner with elegant, handcrafted Tukipo River Estate wines shared with us in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
